Unable to open sysconfig file in ccs 11

after creating sysfonfig file with the standalone tool,

I copied the file to my project dir.

Double clicking the file in ccs displays the fallowing message:

after clicking GO BACK, 

I get the fallowing window:

However, I am unable to select a "Software Product".

Now, I am unable to use the file configutation I created inside CCS.

Also, I can't find a way within CCS to open the sysconfig tool and create a new file.
