I need to install CODE COMPOSER STUDIO 1 or CODE COMPOSER STUDIO 2. 

Newer versions of CCS don't have library that I need to use.

There is no way to download it on TI archive download site.

Is there any way to get it?

    Anna,

    What library are you looking for?  I ask this just in case the library is available separately from CCS.

    What device is this for?  I need to know this as back in CCSv1, v2 we provided different versions of CCS for different instruction set architectures.

    Library that I'm looking for is rts2xx.lib. The project uses tms320LF2401A.

    Anna,

    I will start a private E2E conversation where I can share some links.

    I can likely send you just the library if you want but I believe that library is the C runtime support library for the compiler so you would not be able to do anything with it without the compiler.  So it is probably best to give you CCS which includes everything.
