CCS Version: 10.4.0.00006 often hangs during opening

Hi CCS forum,

I'm using CCS 10.4.0.00006 with the MSP432E401Y.  My code is in a remote git repository, which is cloned locally to my PC.

I have found that very frequently, when I try to start CCS, it will ask for the workspace, I accept the default workspace of C:\Users\<user>\workspace_10, and then only part of the previous window layout will appear.  CCS appears to be hung, and will not respond to minimize or even close.  Then only thing I can do at that point is use Task Manager to End Task for ccstudio.exe.

I have found that if I delete the workspace content, CCS opens cleanly, but then I have to reimport the project.  And, of course, all of my perspectives and windows go back to whatever the defaults are, and I have to manually add Views for a Terminal, Git Staging, and other items.

Is this a known problem in CCS?  Is there any log information or workaround for this problem?  It's starting to really get in the way of being productive when I have to reimport the project and set everything up again whenever I have to exit from CCS.
