Each time I start CCS11, I get a box saying that there are updates, but the updates always fail. Please see attached images. Does anyone know why it is failing and what I should do?

Ran into this same issue with a new install of CCS 11.1. Followed the CCS User's Guide to kill the two cache directories and manually download the updates. Still a bit of a faff. Maybe catch this in QA next time?
