CCS cannot open terminal to connect by IP address

I START THE PROCESS AND CANT  stop the loading stack ACTING AND THE CCS IS NOT AVAILEBLE FEW DAYS TO ACTIVE '

hOW CAN I STOP IT. 

PLEASE ADVICE .

    a. I had switch to another peripheral user and upload again the project and forward ahead.

    b.

    I am steel need help please

    to contact with the TIVA with the firmware by the composer .

    If you please support and can contact with me to help me I will thank you about it 

    I need help to open terminal to connect by IP address to the TIVA witch is install yet

    and have also the tcp echo module to contact with it.

    and led .c and spi flash as a files

    What is "THE PROCESS"? Are you saying that the CCS application is not starting up? What is the issue regarding "CCS  IS NOT AVAILEBLE FEW DAYS TO ACTIVE"? I do not understand - how is CCS not available for a few days? Again is it an issue of CCS not starting up?
