Cannot connect to 2808 target using CCSv4

I am using CCS 4 trial version, but it is not allowing me to connect or flash the target. Is this because of trial version or any other issues?

I am running Win 7 pro 32 bit with CCS 4 trial version and spectrum digital C2000 XDS510LC and TI 2808 controller.

    If you mean the code size limited version, there should be no limitation in regards to connecting to your target.

    What version of CCSv4 are you using (what is the full version number)?

    And please describe exactly what steps you are doing to reproduce the problem and what error message you see.
