Failed to install CCS 11

Windows is the latest version. CCS is failed to install. Would you help to check what happened?

    Hi Annie,

    We have seen past isssue with the msp430 pack installer. We have not identified the root cause yet. Are you experiencing this or is this from your customer?

    One user found a conflict with Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL). Is WSL installed on the machine with the issue?

    Also, what is the WIndows version being used?

    Hi Ki,

    My Customer is experiencing  this issue. He has installed WSL and docker. The Windows version is V11.

    The tools he installed while learning about the MSP 430G2553 launchpad. This is the error message when installing ccs.

    Turn off the antivirus software that come with win and WSL, still this abnormal message.

    This error can be ignored. This is not the root cause of the installation failure.
