dear TI partner，
customer use C2Prog.exe to program C2000 device，but only download one PCS device everytime.so customer want to batch download several c2000 devices one time by third software.
they want to call the dll file by the third software, can you help share the pack version dll file(similiar API function)? then customer can call the dll file by the third file.
