I have a problem with installing CCS software . does any one know it ?. How can i fix it ?

    Hello, 

    Please provide all the install logs in C:\ti\ccs1020\ccs\install_logs

    You can zip the whole folder up and attach it to this thread.

    Also provide the Windows version being used.

    And finally, is there any particualr reason why you are trying to install an older CCS version? That version is not really supported anymore. If possible, I would suggest a more recent version (11.1).
