Diagnostic button gray

Hi All,

I tried to diagnose the the problem described in 0x80002240/-233 SC_ERR_PATH_BROKEN Connection error but found that the Diagnostic button is gray, which cannot be clicked. Why is it like this? Is there any way to run diagnostic?

Zheng,

This functionality depends on the emulator class and brand used. I don't remember which ones have this functionality, though.

The diagnostics can be run from the command line (dbgjtag) - you mentioned this in your other post.

Dear desouza,

In the situation reported in that post, dbgjtag does not go through and got stuck in the middle. Do you have any idea of the course?
