I am having a problem with CCSV4.2.3.I am trying to follow the getting
started with CCS guide. I have installed the license file as I
understand. However, when I try to run the Debugger, I get a message
to load the license file. If I reload the file at that point, I then
get an error indicating that no feature exists. It indicates that the
feature is CCS_CONNECT_ALL and that the FLEXNet error number is
-5.357.

I am using XDS510 USB emulator with TMS320DM6467 Board .

What kind of license do you have (what is the name of your *.lic file)?

Badri,

The license you are using is a free license that supports working with onboard emulation on many EVMs/DSKs and XDS100 class emulators. It does not support working with XDS510 or XDS560 emulators. To use one of those you need to buy a CCS license or use a eval license (30 day).
