This is an easy question.
From my point of view, the CCS help instructions for the Search dialog box are vague and the dialog box is also vague. I can't get it to work for me. All I want to do is search for a file. Can somebody please take a moment and write a clear instruction for me to use?
For example, I want to find a file named boot.c in this directory: C:\ti\ccs1011\ccs\tools\compiler\

Press: CTRL+H
Under "Remote Search" you can do something like:
When you press the search button, it will look in the specified directory (and sub directories). A new tab will appear in the bottom with the search results:

If the file is part of your project, you can also use CTRL+SHIFT+R then type the filename:
