Should this device be recognized? I tried straight USB connection. Nothing. I tried through Blackhawk debub probe XDS200. Nothing. If I use TeraTerm or Putty with USB to UART COM channel, there is nothing displayed but the session thinks something is connected. Any thoughts on how to debug?
