Hello, thanks for very quick response. But my problem is: I get a connection error if I follow the steps you suggest.

I tried to change proxy settings and I tried the 3 options for direct/manual/native connection options. Waiting for your further help

What version of CCS are you using?

What is the host OS you are running on?

Can you expand the "Details" and provide the information contained there?

Can you open other views that require internet access like Resource Explorer or App Center?

CCS 11.1.0 - Windows 10 - 21H2

Unable to connect to repository software-dl.ti.com/.../content.xml
Connect to software-dl.ti.com:80 [software-dl.ti.com/104.96.93.70] failed: Connection refused: connect

Does Resource Explorer display any content?

Nothing happens when I click on Resource Explorer, there is an error:

An internal error was logged by 'com.ti.ccstudio.app.center'.

It appears that CCS is unable to access the internet.

One last check - when you try to check for available CCS updates, does it fail?

Yes I get numerous errors:

Ok, there are definitely issues with internet access for CCS.

I assume your PC itself has no issue with internet access and that the issue is specific to CCS.

Are you on a network that requires a proxy to access internet access? If so, please try configuring it as mentioned in:

https://software-dl.ti.com/ccs/esd/documents/ccs_updates.html#proxy-configuration (see chaper: "Proxy Configuration").

Typically you'd have set it to "manual" and then enter the valid information fro HTTP and HTTPS

Hello again, I tried 3 options for connection settings: Direct/Native/Manual but somehow it didn't work. In Native option it says:

Just for the record, I have issues accessing Resource Explorer content from inside my corporate firewall. I can reach it via a browser.

Did you try configuring the proxy settings in CCS to no avail?
