Looking at the releases notes, CCS 11.1 was the first version to officially support Windows 11.

From New in CCSv11.1.0 :

New host OS support
o Windows 11 64-bit

I am planning to replace my desktop PC with a new one running on Windows 11. I have product developments that works on CCSv8 up to CCSv10.2. I just hope I can install these CCS versions to Windows 11. Ki

They will likely work but there is no guarantee. But I don't anticipate too many issues. I installed CCS 10.4 on a Windows 11 PC without issue.
