I frequently encouter this problem:
The Target config file in my CCS project gets corrupted with whitespace and empty lines (i.e. CC1352P1F3.ccxml).

It seems that the internal xml reader is fine with that.
For me, that doesn't look like standard xml. And I frequently have errors, especially with vcs and diff tools (I am using git).
