CCS 11.1 Debugger Initialization Error

Hi,

I'm using:

Code Composer Studio
Version: 11.1.0.00011

OS: Windows 10, v.10.0, x86_64 / win32
Java version: 11.0.13

I have a C6678 Project that runs on the C6678EVM. I setup a target configuration using the xds100v1 USB debug probe, This configuration was working fine until recently when my computer crashed while CCS was open.

After the crash, when I launch the target configuration, the following error message pops-up:

I tried re-installing CCS, but it did not fix the problem. Can anyone suggest something to try?
