Hi,

My customer is having some issue when connecting the AM3356(customer board) to CCS via XDS560v2 System Trace(Blackhawk).
Their environment is :
CCS v8.1.0.00011 is installed on Ubuntu 18.04.
At target configuration, they are selecting "Blackhawk XDS560v2-USB System Trace".

When they tried to connect, the following error occured:
************************************************

Execute the command:

%ccs_base%/common/uscif/dbgjtag -f %boarddatafile% -rv -o -F inform,logfile=yes -S pathlength -S integrity

[Result]

-----[Print the board config pathname(s)]------------------------------------

/home/user/.ti/ti/0/0/BrdDat/testBoard.dat

-----[Print the reset-command software log-file]-----------------------------

This utility has selected a 560/2xx-class product.

This error is generated by TI's USCIF driver or utilities.

The value is '-250' (0xffffff06).

What is causing such error?
How to solve this issue?
