SideBySide errors

I don't know if this falls under compiler or CCSv4, but I'm trying to debug a project and I get errors that say "see log". I guessed that meant Windows Event Viewer and I found what look to be the errors under SYSTEM.

Errors:

Generate Activation Context failed for C:\Program Files\Texas Instruments\ccsv4\common\bin\xerces-c_2_5_0D.dll. Reference error message: The operation completed successfully.

Resolve Partial Assembly failed for Microsoft.VC80.DebugCRT. Reference error message: The referenced assembly is not installed on your system.

Dependent Assembly Microsoft.VC80.DebugCRT could not be found and Last Error was The referenced assembly is not installed on your system.

That message appears to be generated by Windows itself. Using Google, I found a similar-sounding problem on the MSDN forums:

I'm not sure which TI group is responsible for maintaining the copy of the Xerces (an XML parser) library in the CCS bin directory, but it's not a compiler deliverable.

Thanks, I'll try over at the CCSv4 forum. Hopefully someone knows how to fix this.
