CGT 7.2.3 Vs CGT 6.1.9 Linker time

I have noticed that the CGT 7.2.3 linker is much much much longer than CGT 6.1.9, any reason for that? any configuration I missed,

    Are you building the same project with the same set of build options when comparing the link times of the two versions? What are the build options being used?
