I can't download the old ARM Compiler Tools 5.1.6 in Code Composer on the webside: http://software-dl.ti.com/dsps/dsps_public_sw/sdo_ccstudio/codegen/Updates/p2win32/

I need it to compile the code in a .hex file! 

Otherwise I get everytime an error. 

Already checked the support there you find that:

I did right that but you cann't reach the webside it is down or not reach able at that time.
