Also, v4.1 is pretty old. I'd also suggest you install the latest version of CCSv4 (4.2.3)

Installing the new version seems to fix that problem.
But, I've encounter a new problem.
Under the setting "Access Point-Debug", I tried to debug the project, but kept receiving
after reading

I tried deleting the debug launch but the error still pops up.
