Cloud CCS stuck at "Retrieving your workspace" page.

hello, 

I have a problem to log in the ccs cloud environment. The worskpace only show the message "retrieving your workspace" and never comes out of it. Also we made the same tests in different PCs to understand if it was a speciifc problem in one PC only. 

Could you help us? maybe resetting our account as did to another person who had the same problem and reported in this forum?
