Hi,
We use a sk-tda4vm.
We want to directly address the Jacinto C7x present on the sk-tda4vm board. We followed another case to be able to connect the c7x (based on the GEL and the js planned for the J721E). Regarding the linker.cmd, we generated the file with the python provided for this purpose.
We manage to load a program for the C7x into the L2 or the SRAM of the MSMC. The execution goes smoothly. we would like to put the .const section in the DDR. However when we update the linker.cmd in this direction, the compilation goes well, but the loading goes into error. a memory mapping error. it's like the C7 doesn't see the DDR.
Hence the questions:
1) could you give us the memory mapping for the C7x DDR for this platform (sk-tda4vm)?
2) Could the problem come from a non-configuration of a module (in the GEL file), such as the CMMU for example?
Thank you for your feedback,
Mickaël
