Hi,

My customer is trying to install the CCS.

But the installation keeps failing because of the user name of his PC.

The user name includes Korean characters, and he can't change this.

He has to use the PC with a Korean user name.

Is there any way to install CCS with a user name that contains unicode?

Hello,

If the customer is on Windows, they can try changing the Windows temp file location which the installer relies on.

Change to a path without unicde characters

Another option is to create another user account on the PC that does not have unicode characters in the username or install on another PC without the issue and then zip the whole CCS install directory and copy to the PC (and account) with the issue.

Note that even if CCS is installed with these workaround, there may be other issues in the future with building and debugging so the customer should keep that in mind.

Honestly, I would simply create another user account on the same PC that does not have unicode characters in the username. They can use that user login when using CCS. It will cause less issues in the future.
