How to include a stactic lib (.lib) in a executable project and in a static lib project? (Code Composer Studio 6.1.3)

I'm not sure you can add an existing library file as an input to a library project. I will need to look into this.

Sorry for it, in my main.c I am including the header file of the lib, but ccs does not find that header file.
It is my first time using a .lib and I do not know how to use them, Is necessary including more files apart from .lib file? Or do i need include .h files also?
