View core registers in CCS3.3 caused "an unhandled exception..." and crash

What is the full version number for your CCSv3.3 install? Do you have the latest service release installed?

The full version number is 3.3.82.13. I'm not sure if the latest release installed.

That is the latest release and I can view CORE registers fine with that version.

What vendor? And do you have the latest version of their drivers installed?

I am using vendor Blackhawk USB 560m. I updated the latest driver today and still failed to see the core registers. Do you know why?

That is the same emulator I used with my 6747 target. It worked fine for me. Are you using a kit or is this a custom board?

Can you check and see if any crash dump files where generated? And if so, could you attach them to this thread?
