Code Composer Studio: How to use armar command?

I want to use command armar to archive a lib file.

But I don't know where to enter the command. And I check all document but find no document can tell me where to use this command.

Can you give me some screen shoots and an example on how to use armar to archive a lib?

I am using CCS 11.2 and below is my config:

Hello,

I assume you are interested in creating a library project. You cannot convert an existing executable project to a library project. You must create a library project from scratch.

Note that you need to expand the "Project type and tool-chain" option as shown below:

Hi Ki,

I want to pack some files(.c, .h) in current project to .lib. A retired colleague told me to follow chapter 7 of ARM Assembly Language Tools User's Guide(v5.2), he used to use the command "armar" to transfer some files to .lib.

I don't know how and where to use the command "armar", could you give me an example?

I have found the method, this armar command should list at the post-complier.
