CCS12.3.0.00005_win64 shut down

Hi

i successed install the CCS

but when i launch the program, the CCS program will be open just 1 sec and shut down

i did to reinstallation and turn off the vaccine but i failed

here is the .log file which <worksace>/.metadate directory has

and /ccs1230/install_logs folder zip

i want to use ccs to build my code. plz help me
