Cannot launch EnergyTrace in CCS12

When I start EnergyTrace in CCS 12.2.0.00009 , it only show the following dialog box and not start EnergyTrace actually. What can I do to fix this issue?

I'd start with trying a new clean workspace folder

Yes, I am aware that post but I don't want to reinstall CCS every time when I see this trouble. I thought it should be solve in latest CCS 11 or 12 but it seems not. Anyway, I reinstall CCS 12.3 to fix this and Thanks for your help.

Understood. To be completely transparent, we will likely not being making much changes to the existing EnergyTrace functionality in CCS 12.x going forward (hence things will likely not improve in future 12.x releases). We are working on a new implementation in our new CCS Theia based environment.
