CCS12.x Initializing Theme Error

Does this error occur when doing a specific action? Is it when attempting to open a *.syscfg file?

Which exact CCS 12 version did you get this issue with?

I am using  Version: 12.2.0.00009 and  Version: 12.3.0.00005.

With versions I see the problem.

Please note that there is an (unrelated) known issue with the App Center in CCS 12.3.0. We are working to resolve this.

There should be no issue with 12.2.0 however. Does the issue only occur when opening up App Center?

Also try the troubleshooting steps in section 9.4.2 and 9.4.3 of the User's Guide:

So just only opening the sysconfig file will cause the problem?

Yes

Can you share the project and sysconfig file? You can remove all other source files (besides syscfg file) from the project if you wish.
