I have designed a custom board using the LogicPD c6748 SOM. We had got most of the board working when it was decided to change some signal connections to simplify the software. the original board used fro debug was not reworked. When the board came back with the white wire corrections, I installed the SOM and tried to load the program using an XDS100V2 emulator. There is an 74HVC541 between the SOM and the emulator connector. As the circuit worked at one time, this is not a problem.
So this is what happens:
1) I select "debug active project" from the Target drop down. The program loads and I see "main" in the window to the right. It is ready to go.
2) I hit "go" (the green arrow on the tool bar) and this is what I get:

Some Points:
I checked the power an it is present everywhere I look (including on the SOM and on the JTAG connector)
The board everything used to work on does not work, same error message.
I replaced the emulator, same error message.
Any ideas?
