Unable to open CSS App Center, won't open .syscfg file get unsupported API

Windows default browser is set to Edge
Deleted temp and cache files for composer
Edge was set at default browser within code composer
code composer will not open the .syscfg file - Problem occurred 'An internal error has occurred. unsupported API
Tried changing settings to internal and external browser, tried choosing all browser options, including other and pointed directly to edge executable.

I have the JRE 1.8.0 already installed. Looks like javaFX is included.
