Problem with Using BH-USB-2000

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CCSTUDIO

Hi ,

I am using 2 BH-USB-2000 with 2- ezdsp28335 boards, and CCStudio 4. I want to know if I can debug 2 projects at the same time using 2 different CCStudio 4 workspace.

  • Hi,

I have done this before but with different emulators - i.e., run two CCSv4 sessions with different workspaces debugging different boards/emulators. Thus it is possible from a CCS perspective.

However, from an emulator perspective I am not sure if this model of emulator is able to run two separate instances simultaneously. Did you try to contact BlackHawk?

    Regards,

    Rafael

  • hi

thanks Rafael for your reply. I was thinking of contacting BlackHawk but before I do that I want to make sure that its not CCstudio 4 issue.

  • Hi

I contact BlackHawk and they gave me instructions on how to create 2 different targets configuration and how to connect each of them to a different USB2000 controllers. In this way you will have two target configuration which you can choose to connect to  two different projects and debug at the same time.
