66AK2G12 unable to receive data

Hello,

 I am using TI's SOC in one of the project. We have allocated 2GB of DDR, out of that 1GB is used for stack and 450MB for heap memory. We are unable to receive the data from hardware which is around 10kb of data. Also, if we allocate more than 450MB for heap, we are unable to debug the code only. Please let us know the solution for this issue.
