Import .txt file in CCSv4

Hello.

Im new in working with MSP4330 and CCS.

Please help me with following problem: how to write flash memory with a MSP430G2231 CCS program with the file format .txt?

Can I import in a file format CCSv4 . txt? If so, how?

Hi Mihai,

are you just interested in flashing a file to the MSP430?

If so there is nice free flash programming software that can handle both .hex and .txt files from our partener Elprotronic. www.elprotronic.com.

Unfortunately CCS is only setup to handle the .out files it generates. These you can load and create.

I hope this helps. If you still wish to use a compiler to do this you can also check out IAR (www.iar.com)
