RTA not showing up in CCS v5

I was just experimenting moving a project from ccs 3.3 to 5. It is a custom board using c6713 dsps. After working out a few kinks it appears to compile fine and I can step through it on the debug perspective. I wanted to check out some of the RTA functions that I had used previous on CCS3.3. They are grayed out on the menu and I can't get them to a clickable state.

Hello Bryce,

Did you start a debug session? I can't tell because you are in the 'CCS Edit' perspective.

Yes I was in the CCS Debug perspective (it is greyed out there too). I had been switching back and forth and I happened to grap the screenshot on the edit one.
