Connection to AM243x Evaluation Module

Hi,

I'm trying to connect to AM243x Evaluation Module.

I'm using the internal XDS110 USB Debug Probe_0.

Getting an error on connection:

The JTAG IR and DR scan-paths cannot circulate bits, they may be broken.

Tried to lower the Clk to 100Khz - same result.

Is there any jumper to move or any software I should load ?

I found a reset utility

C:\ti\ccs1230\ccs\ccs_base\common\uscif\xds110>xds110reset.exe

but still same error

Please HELP !
