ccs7.4 failed to initialize rtos analyzer

Dear support

There's trouble when I went through rtos basic lab1 and wanted to use execution analysis in rtos analyzer's use case. I was asked to initialize rtos analyzer before I could use it, but the initialzation progress always ends up without errors or other explanations, and the window just disappears. When I try to initialize it again, item was also removed from the menu and didn't turn up until I restarted the ccs. Same thing happened to hardware trace analyzer and system analyzer

Here's my config

ccs 7.40

ble_sdk_2_02_01_18

compiler 5.2.9

rtos 2_20_01_8

and then it disappeared like nothing ever happened

    Hello,

    Please note that you are using a very old (and unsupported) version of CCS. Can you try again?

    Please note that the versions of all your software packages are very old and unsupported.

    Hi ki,

    Thx for your reply. I'm trying to use cc2650 to do some project about BLE, and it seems that only these old versions are supported on my launchpad. Or do you mean it's not pprobable to run rtos analyzer on the older versions?

    You can try updating the CCS version at least. Current versions of CCS still support CC2650.
