Cannot install Code composer studio

What version of CCS are you trying to install? And where did you get the installer image from?

I have tried 10.4.0.00006 (06 Jul 2021), 11.2.0.00007 (08 Apr 2022), 12.0.0 (08 Jul 2022), and 12.4.0 (10 Jul 2023) on multiple computers, I get the same thing.

and I've downloaded them from:  CCSTUDIO IDE, configuration, compiler or debugger | TI.com

Can you try:

1) rebooting your PC

2) temporarily disabling any anti-virus or other related security software.

I've disabled the anti virus, rebooted, I still cannot install.  I don't know what to do.

What zip utility is the default on your system? What is the host OS version?

I have windows 10 installed.

Can you try running the "on-demand" installer?

Glad to hear the issue is resolved. I am confused why 7-zip was not working for you however. What version of 7-zip are you using? And when you mentioned that you used "win zip", are you referring to the default windows zip utility or www.winzip.com?
