CODECOMPOSER: fail to download Blackhawk Xds560v2 firmware and USB drivers

Part Number: CODECOMPOSER

Hi, Experts!

I recently purchased a Blackhawk Xds560v2 emulator and attempted to download its firmware from the blackhawk-dsp website.

 1.  However, the website mandates account creation for software downloads. I faced issues during registration. Specifically, I encountered a message that read: "There was a problem sending the activation email. Please try again or contact our support team for assistance." Despite attempting to register with different email addresses multiple times, I've had no success. I've also reached out to their support center but haven't received a response. Could you assist me with this problem or provide a related download link?

2.  Additionally, when I connect the emulator to my laptop via USB, I don't receive the "Found New Hardware" prompt, which is mentioned in the Quick Start Guide at step 4. I'm using Windows 11 (64-bit); could this be the cause? Are there USB drivers available for Windows 11 or Windows 10? Without the necessary driver, the xds560v2 is displayed as an "Unknown Device" in my Device Manager.

3.  My intention is to use the emulator to debug the TDA2x Vision SDK. I've observed that the Vision SDK User Guide mentions the Seed Xds560v2 emulator. Is the Blackhawk Xds560v2 compatible in this context?

Thanks and Regards!
