lmadmin download problem

Hi,

I tried to download "lmadmin-i86_n3-11_9_0_0.exe"

to set-up a license server,

but I can't access the link, "http://www.globes.com/support/fnp_utilities_download.htm" which is specified in http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/License_Server_Administration_for_CCS
