403 Forbidden error while opening Resource Explorer or dev.ti.com

Syed Imtiaz Ali Shah

I am facing an issue which never happened in the past. I get 403 forbidden message when opening Resource Explorer or dev.ti.com site. I don't know if these websites are blocked in Pakistan or maybe TI has some bug in website. Can you help please?

Good evening. That's unexpected. You should be able to connect from the IP that you reported to be connecting from originally. Can you confirm your originating IP

No I am not using VPN. Even with VPN it is giving the same error. What is originating IP?

One more thing. Today I checked with another ISP internet. On other ISP internet it is working fine. But with my main current ISP service it is not working.
