My projects of GUI Composer are gone!!!

When I log into GUI Composer online, all of my projects are gone.

Why are my projects gone? How can I recover my projects?

    Hello IChung, 

    My apologies for this issue. Would you be able to let us know approximate time when you logged into dev.ti.com (and GUI Composer service) last? 

    Also, just to make sure we have the scenario : 

    You logged into dev.ti.com GUI Composer used the service and was able to create GUI applications. You then logged out (or were automatically logged out) and today upon loging into the service there was no projects visible in Project Explorer area of GUI Composer. 

    Also, did you use any other services on dev.ti.com that preserve projects between user sessions? e.g. CCS Cloud IDE or SysConfig

    Until yesterday, there was no problem, but when I accessed GUI Composer today, I found all of my projects were disappeared.

    On the off chance that the projects may be recovered, I tried logging on GUI composer several times today. But still not recovered.

    And, apart from GUI composer, I do not use any other cloud services.

    I hope that projects will be sure to be recovered.

    Hello IChung, 

    There was an issue on our backend servers that has been now cleaned up. Would you be able to try logging into GUI Composer again to see if your projects are available?

    I just logged into GUI composer, but projects are not available yet.

    One strange thing is that when I logged into GUI composer today, it took much more time than usual, and finally GUI composer was connected, I found the projects were not available.  Still taking more time than usual now.

    When you get a chance, could you try again? 

    If this does not work, then we have recovered your GC projects. I should be able to share them with you and you could import them back.

    It does work well. All projects have been recovered!!

    And the time taking to log into GUI composer is as usual.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your help last time.

    All of my projects have been gone again.

    After all my projects recovered,  projects became available. So there was no problem in working with GUI composer.

    Even 12 hours ago, I was working with GUI composer.

    But, when I logged into GUI composer this morning, none of my projects are available again.

    What happened?

    I just logged into GUI composer. It works well now. 

    I  don't know why this kind of phenomenon happens.

    Any way, it is good to backup projects into my local machine frequently.
