Setting a path in "Linked Resource" from CMD Prompt

Hi,

     We want to set the path of the System variable in "Windows->Preferences->General->WorkSpace->Linked Resorces" in CCS4.2.3.00004 through CMD prompt.

Please let us know how to do the same. This will be help in building the application in buildforge without any manual settings.

For Ex:

 A macro "H264DEC_ROOT" is getting set manually in "Windows->Preferences->General->WorkSpace->Linked Resorces" and this is getting used in .project file.

JPEGENC_ROOT:  D:\100_I_JPEG_E_02_01\C6678_BL_001

Our aim is to set this path from cmd prompt. Please find the attached .project file. As .project extension is not getting supported to attach the file, changing the same to project.txt file.
