XDS100 USB emulator - is it V1 or V2 ??

I'm running a Spectrum Digital emulator - TMDSEMU100u-14T, the XDS100 USB emulator.    ON CCS4, the target configuration setup gives me the choice of 'V1', or 'V2', for this emulator. Which one should I use, and what's the difference?   Thanks,     Julian.
