    It looks like your CCS installation cannot communicate with your debug probe.  Did you install the Blackhawk drivers when installing CCS?  

    Try running C:\ti\ccs1240\ccs\ccs_base\emulation\Blackhawk\Utility\BHDetect to see if your system can detect any Blackhawk installations

    What version of the SK EVM are you using?
