I'm getting the following error while compiling my source code.

I'm using edited code of one of the example codes of CC2340 SDK 7.20.

Hi,

May I kindly ask you to verify which version of CCS you are currently using?

Please ensure you are using the CCS version mentioned in the release notes of the SDK (CCS version 12.4 is recommended when using SDK 7.20.01.10).

Yes, I'm using CCS version 12.4.0.

Thank you for verifying.

The next step is to ensure CCS support for CC23xx has been enabled. To do this, I recommend to click on Help > Install Device Support...

Then, ensure support for SimpleLink CC13xx, CC26xx and CC23xx Wireless MCUs is selected:

Last but not least, the file you are missing should be in C:\ti\ccs1240\ccs\ccs_base\common\targetdb\devices\cc2340r5.xml
