I'm getting this error when I open basic_ble.syscfg file in my code composer studio 12.4.0.

How are you opening this file? Are you double-clicking on it in the basic_ble project that appears in Project Explorer?

Can you provide a screenshot of the CCS IDE when the error appears?

We added SysConfig here: Project properties-->General-->Products-->SysConfig.
