In multicore development, CPU1 get disconnected when user try to disconnect CPU2.

When I disconnect CPU1 (or CPU2), other CPU also get disconnected automatically. I observed this issue recently. Earlier this was not the case. I see this issue on F28388 and F28P65 device so I think this is the case for any dual core device.

Please look into it on priority as some of the customer are facing this issue as well.
